I would like to thank all three, Tom, Jim Skiles, and Ken Richardson. The many years that we have worked together have always been made better through your commitment for excellence. The fact that all three of you always had my back made my job so much easier. Thank you all so very much.

It seems like this Shipyard never really closed after the Navy Moved out!! The only difference I see is a civilian company operates it to save the Government money ? I am sure they still work on the Naval Vessel but it's like Contract work vs having Civil Service do it so the Government doesn't haft to pay retirement benefits or any other benefits!! Just the fact they are paying a company per Ship it receives!! That's my outlook on it!!
